La Luna Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Decent room. On the small side. Bed, tv, and living area is decent. Bathroom is small and the shower felt a little old and not nice. Might want to have slippers on maybe. Also the pump shampoo which i dont love. Toilet seat was wobbly also. Room can be quite loud as you hear all the cars honking and revving outside. But it is relatively close to the marina and walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and the Presidio.

Friendly Staff, Clean rooms, Hot water and easy parking. Walked to the park to see the bridge, yoda fountain and palace of the arts and bridge. We also walked to great food, sushi, breakfast, shakes and wished we would have had time to try the Thai place. We were on the second floor and not sure if they store horses on the floor above or what, but there was a lot of ruckus there, pretty noisy. They did not have great shampoo or conditioner, so if your picky about that, but over all really nice stay and location.

Wonderful Stay at La Luna Hotel! We had an excellent experience at La Luna Hotel. The front desk staff, especially Paul, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location — close to everything — and the free parking was a huge bonus. Everything was spotless, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. The value for the price is outstanding. Highly recommend! Of course is not a fancy place but great for the price

For the location, free parking and newly renovated rooms we had a great deal here. The mattress was foam and actually comfortable. Overall an excellent stay. We stayed with our 2 kids.

The front desk people during the day are fantastic ..However at night a nasty antisocial attitude from the guy at the front desk is very consistent, I only had two experiences with him, but they were both negative and I'm pretty easy to get along with. During the day, I felt right at home with the gentleman at the front desk all of them are fantastic and I would like to say that the room was fantastic. Also, it doesn't look like much in the outside, but it's really quite comfortable for a long day.

We had an amazing stay at La Luna Inn! The price was great, the location was perfect, and the service was excellent from start to finish. On top of that, they offer free parking in San Francisco! No one can beat that! The only downside is that you can hear some cars at nighttime, but that’s obviously out of their control. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The internet is pretty unreliable. Disconnects randomly, disappears entirely, and super slow when it is connected. Otherwise, perfectly adequate. Normal hotel room. Clean. Not perfect, but a good place to lay your head.

The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and met all my needs. Additionally, the location is convenient, with numerous dining options nearby. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly consider returning in the future.
